Rainy Day Romance

The rain arrives, at last, a long-awaited guest,
Its cold breeze carries fragrances divine,
Anointing my mind with tranquil zest,
If she were here, our hands would intertwine.

In the cozy blanket, love would find its place,
Goofy talks and laughter filling the air,
Embracing each raindrop, a tender embrace,
Wishing fervently for this dream to be shared.

Wherever she may roam, destiny shall unfold,
Uniting us in moments of pure delight,
Raindrops as witnesses, our story to be told,
One day, reality shall align with our sight.

Do you find solace in the rain's gentle kiss?
Shall we stand together, beneath its serene fall,
Embracing every drop, pure and bliss,
Sharing playful banter, in a world enthralled?

In that blanket's warmth, we'll create our retreat,
While I prepare tea, you'll relish the view,
Unburden your worries, let me make them fleet,
Transforming them into positivity anew.

Let's seize a day, away from the mundane,
Indulging in our favorite show's embrace,
Lulled to sleep by love, in your arms' domain,
Praying this rainy day never fades in grace.
