In the Abyss of Time and Space: Overcoming Ma Lung's Fear

As I stumble forth into the great unknown,
I feel a shudder deep within my bones,
A sense of dread, a fear I can't disown,
A feeling named Ma Lung, the fear of the unknown.

My heart is racing, pounding in my chest,
As I face the future with a heavy sigh,
I cannot tell what lies ahead, what's best,
Or what the price will be if I should try.

In this state of mind, I'm lost in thought,
My mind a maze, a labyrinth of fear,
I'm caught in a web that I myself have wrought,
And my very soul seems to disappear.

The future looms before me, dark and vast,
A wasteland of uncertainty and gloom,
A place where dreams and hopes are doomed to last,
A world of shadows where there's no room.

I see the specter of death, lurking near,
A grim reminder of my own demise,
And though I try to run, to flee in fear,
The end is always near, always wise.

For every step I take, I'm closer to the end,
The abyss of nothingness, the void so vast,
And though I try to hold on, to pretend,
My grasp is slipping, and I'm falling fast.

In this dark and dismal place, I find my solace,
The words of poets past, the wisdom of the sage,
They give me hope, a light in the darkness,
A beacon to guide me through the age.

For though the future holds great danger,
And the unknown can be a frightening place,
There's comfort in the knowledge of the stranger,
A hope that we can win this timeless race.

So though I feel like I'm falling forward,
Into the great abyss of time and space,
I know that I'm not alone, nor forgotten,
And that Ma Lung is just a fleeting trace.

For in the end, it's not the fear that defines us,
Nor the darkness that we find within,
It's the light we shine, the love we show,
The legacy we leave behind, the good we win.
