Windshield rose

Unveil your heart to the purity of my soul, let devotion in time become the essence of passion and I will come to you as ocean waves to the shore of your desires.I will disguise myself in ecstasy , and become a gentle gaze of love in your eyes.    If I only!

About this poem

This was a poem that was inspired by a single rose I bought to give to a beautiful girl in my past, but cold feet got the best of me. The next day I put it in the windshield of her car with with a note that revealed my feelings for her, and she never knew who was culprit behind the scheme. I never had the heart to reveal myself.
