He's not there anymore

Tammy Killian 1960 (Indiana)

On the courthouse lawn nor in the town hall
and you won't find a manger scene at the mall.
His name is not mentioned when you enter a store.
They changed it to Xmas, not Christ anymore.

His teachings have been taken from the public schools.
The 10 commandments are now no longer the rules
"Merry Christmas" is something now said in the past.
Trees once called Christmas and now "Holiday" fast.

The whole reason for Christmas is not for the presents.
To redeem mankind is was Jesus was sent.
The manger is empty and the tomb is too.
So remember to keep the spirit of Christmas inside of you.
