Climbing the stars

Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)

I couldn't reach the stars in your eyes
But you held out your hand and said your goodbyes
As you made your way up through heavenly skies, one diamond at a time shon brighter than a mine
You were lost from our view like a balloon rising high, soon above gravity,
Where I let out this sigh
