The Girl who wished to be Loved

I was that girl
Who wished to be loved.
Don’t worry if I give you
The burnt daisies of my
Garden of Broken Hopes.

Don’t be ashamed, if I
reveal my crush to you.
Because I loved you like a daughter
Who loved her father.

Don’t reject me, if I ask you
to come near to you
Because I was lonely like
A Grim Reaper.
Because I was loveless like
My hopeless heart.

I was that girl
Who wished to be loved.
Don’t worry, if I
Give you my desperate soul
Like a fallen woman who
Gave her maidenhood to
A mackerel.
