THE LIGHT

let the light fill
your whole body, inebriate your spirit
surrounds your soul and your heart

among the bright enzymes of the trees
that go into your hand when you caress them
the bark seems soft, the spirit of love

of the forest that begins to take on the emerald green
the brook gurgles, the water pure and transparent
flows impetuously towards the valley,

furrowing the misty white and gray rocks
gives harmonious notes all around
like an angelic breath and gasps,

the spirit is at peace with all members
of our body.
