A Baby Butterfly

Zola Larman

A baby butterfly flew into a flower,
Although it took an hour,
A sea turtle made its way
Into the sea’s playful day!
But the path was rough,
And then I grew tough
To know the ways of the world’s stuff!
A butterfly flew into a flower
With a watch that ticked an hour!
