Analysis of Transition

Real expression of love
once felt so intensely
but as time goes on
after the transition
Butterflies spread their wings
and fly away, more beautiful
and lighter than before
but everything that was
is still within
If I could ask you I would ask you
to release me
still confined by the feelings of the ending
love has its time and place
winds of change have blown the trumpet
loud and clear, I hear
Do you?
