Analysis of Why We Sing
A wrap-around
A street.
I feel my fingers
Playing to the beat.
I sing a song
That play’s along.
I get out of the car
That I made a u-turn with.
I dance with the throng,
They sing my song.
We all play along
To my flute that’s long.
They play the trumpet.
They play the violin.
We dance and are free from sin.
That is why we juke.
That is why we sing.
And to heaven, fruit, we bring.
