Analysis of The Tragedy Of Monaco
wings that once danced with the winds grace
curtains call. closing time
the final act, the stage embraced.
Now, a bird is faced with fate worse than death itself
wings worn thin. soon grounded, flightless, bound.
Oh, to all places it could have been!
Winters spent, isolated. it finds itself alone,
It's once vibrant colors now found monotone.
To summer’s scorch
seeking refugee amongst the shade of the oak.
where else is there to go?
the bird asks to itself all while watching the nest above take their stance.
It’s a shame really…
Oh, to all the places it could have been.
