Analysis of Black Snow Falling From The Sky
BLACK SNOW FALLING FROM THE SKY – By Greg Sedlacek
Black snow, falling from the sky,
Looks like we’re all going to die.
We may have one last chance to try,
Showing a little kindness to the other guy.
Hot, orange sun rising in the west,
Just may be our final test.
Will we shine or will we fail?
Will evil reign or will good prevail?
We run to the oceans hoping to flee,
Then gasp in horror at a bright red sea.
Is it the blood from billions already dead?
Or yet another sign of our greatest dread?
Two headed newborns,
AIDS on the rise.
Kindergarten boys with earrings in their eyes.
Terrorist cells. Cloning cells.
Television’s proof that sex and violence sells.
Militant groups with names we can’t comprehend.
Can’t anyone see it all points to the end?
Road rage. New age.
Show me a sage.
Botoxed ladies. Steroidal men.
Whatever happened to good old Zen?
New World Order, Madoff, and Bailout scams.
A new generation of sacrificial lambs.
Corruption is everywhere,
Is it in you or I?
Whatever your answer, beware of the lie.
Will the end come as they say with a fire from above?
The seeds you sowed, were they of hate or love?
Might a giant meteor slam into Earth?
We’d all go quickly for what it’s worth.
If this message plays strange or plays odd,
Makes no difference - you’d better find your god.
The sands of time cannot be reversed.
Earthly life is sordid, the next life could be worse.
Black snow falling from the sky.
Looks like we’re all going to die.
We may have one last chance to try.
Showing a little kindness to the other guy.
