Analysis of Remembering you always

When I looked back on yesterday
that's the last time that I saw you.
I feel more could have been said to you.
I just miss you more than you will ever know.

I just know that one day that I will see you again.
it most likely won't be sometime today for that.
please know you were always special to me.
you have always been in my heart forever.

Reality eventually hit that you left this world.
I just feel so heartbroken because your gone.
but one thing that I know for sure is for me.
that you were a big helpful part of our lives

So, as you're looking down upon us all up in heaven.
I will always remember just the way that you were.
the funny moments will always be remembered.
just know that you will always have an imprint on us.
