Analysis of Renewal
I have trees by my window
Green leaves, red berries, then amber hue
Skeleton branches and bare twigs
They bud anew
They were before me
And will be long after
What whispers they know
What songs laughter they bestow
Some day my end will come
Root, sap and renewal flourish
My distilled essence, buds to nourish
Our whispers now joined as one
