Analysis of Midnight blue

Ak.van 2001 (Ethiopia)

Midnight blue
I am in the dark traveling from midnight blue to black everyday never yellow
I am here but I'm there by heart and soul and there is where who I really am lays breathless
but the loneliness is consistent the old lady's soul in my body loves me more than I love myself
but not more than the loneliness loves me
I escape by stringing the words together by making words out of  letters and my life line out of words
do I deserve to be this empty? am I entitled to feeling this lost? is stopping an art or a weakness?
questions with thousand answers yet still never fully answered haunt me and it all comes flooding in
rock , water, light and air all together all at once coming my way
everything stops as everything starts I lie beneath the pile while still alive
I crawl up to the curtains and pull them down to cover the pile I am the creator of
as I get up and brush my hair and start another day that will only go from dark to midnight blue or from midnight blue to dark
and the sun can't serve no Justice.
