Analysis of Still There

The thoughts I have of you are as strong as ever,
Your image so clear as if you were still there next to me,
Why are you still there in my mind,
You say you don’t know if you still love me or not,
Your mind seems preoccupied when you talk to me,
You still allow me to hold you,
You still let me kiss you,
Why are you still there in my mind,
My heart and soul are ready for the grave,
My love for life was lost when you lost your love for me.
My strength is withered like a black rose placed upon my doorstep,
Why are you still in my mind, in my heart, in my soul,
Why are you still there in my mind?
