Analysis of In Time
Shadows dance upon the wall
As a tear rolls down my cheek to fall.
This love so new encompassing my all,
As I reach for the phone, longing for your call.
I don't know how to hope, or pray for the day.
When I know without fail, our love is here to stay.
When in my arms, come what may,
I will taste your lips and beg for it to be this way.
So do as you must as I try to wait.
For I know within you, I have found my mate.
God set us in motion and sealed our fate
Longing for Christmas, and our special date.

About this poem
I wrote poetry many years until the spirit within me was broken. This is for the one who is helping put me back together. I love you Micheal Capella.
