Analysis of Tine To Go

Time to go.

The time’s come I’ve grown old and feeling weak
And aching bones keep me from sleep
Then you must do what must be done
For this battle cannot be won.

I’ve lived my life with love and care
and even had my very own chair
You will be sad with tears in your eyes
There will be time to say your goodbyes

But please don't worry now its time to go
I know for a while you’ll be feeling low
a family unit we have been so long
But none of you have done anything wrong

I’ve had doggie chocolate and other treats
And in my bed I always had clean sheets
My life was long, and happy for years
And now I’m leaving you full of tears

You must all gather round to say goodbyes
I’ll be sent to sleep so I wont hear your cries
I’m ready now for my rest
No more pain so its for the best

I’m off now I’ll be taken through the door
Then my tail will wag no more.
