Analysis of Missing
Rollbacks, Internationals, goose-neck trailers
He’s a purple Dodge Demon, a Snap On hoodie with holes in the pocket.
He’s cigarette butts in the washer I miss cleaning up, milkshakes at midnight, the number 37.
Silver pick ups, a Chevy symbol, the sugar collected at the bottom of a Turkey Hill Iced Tea.
He’s an Ed Sheeran song on the radio that I can’t escape as tears run down my face, chasing the next commercial break. Love songs on the radio I wish I could still relate to.
He’s everything, everywhere, all the time.
