Analysis of Last Date
the moment
lasted longer
the ice cream date I wish
I held onto,
unknown it would be the last one.
he was slowing his bites
purposefully to spend some time
wish I knew it would be the last
I'd have held onto that moment.
both aware of falling apart
but unaware of it being the last.
if only we knew,
we'd both have hung around a bit longer.
your cologne would
leave it's smell a while longer.
I ate your ice cream since you're so
fucking slow in eating
even our hearts should've stopped beating.
just for the sake
sake of holding on.
holding on to the moment.
Moment of our Last Date.
My Friend. Lover.
Beloved. Unloved.
