Analysis of Affirmation in the Everyday
Can I lighten up your load?
With a word or service small?
Times are tough as paths get crossed
Does somebody care at all?
But I have this chance with you
Spirit urges, 'Yes go ahead'
Give a listening ear so calm
Turn one's thoughts to Hope instead.
This is what the Master did
As he hiked beside the Lake
Jesus raised hearts from the dead
We must too, make no mistake.
