Analysis of The Waking of Many Lives
Take a look at what we see.
Out of mind, past the dreams.
A cataclysmic path of roads.
That carries secrets no one knows.
Like skin we shed all we dread.
Replaying lives once were dead.
Watching the air as we breathe.
Following madness to the sea.
Silence tells us don't turn around.
Lest we see whats heard in sound.
All connected, forced to divide.
Eternally awake transcendent and bright.
Once born living forever.
Passing through lives to something better.
Approaching the hour for account we must give.
Uttering unbearable things that we did.
The clock walks heavy ticking away.
Searching for meaning we hope and we pray.
Stepping through life thats short.
Never understanding the feelings we sort.
What is this fragile life?
Just a dream, or a passage in time.
Some things will never be told.
Things arent always meant to be known.
As long as theres people there will always be pain.
A fact alone will drive you insane.
Yesterday gone, here is now.
Tomorrow doesnt exist, it doesnt count.
Unfortunate matters for all at hand.
Still we continue to pollute the land.
No one see's no one cares.
Knowing you die but no one's prepared.
Only as human this life will end.
We will awake to live again.
Temporary moments of relations and bliss.
Saying farewell with a goodnights kiss.
What do we know other than ourselves?
The order of years and the stories they tell.
All that is shinny will turn to rust.
The story of all thats returning to dust.
Take a look at all it is bleak.
The realization as we continue to bleed.
Nothing matters except for love.
And if you get it, its never enough.
Forget what is, forget all your scars.
All you control is who you are.
This is how the world is seen.
Just a memory, only a dream.
