Analysis of Got away
Funny how someone gets so obsessed
Is it the obsession or the vision of what they missed
Shackled by chains A firery smoke pitted fear
All the addictions I hold so near
A monster under my bed, the love that I hold
A distant image of what has gotten old
My eyes raining on a drizzling day
A fog filled image of where I lay
A gun that blew my mind away
Someone gone to soon but here I lay
Jaded or clouded must I ask
This was just part of your task
You look at me and then you say
She's just the one that got away
