Analysis of mad at some point

i sit here mad at things i cant help to be mad at i know i cant do anything about it  but things that i cant control make me so freaking mad that i just go in rage and i just get so upset that i space out and shut down and not care  what happens to me i get reckless  i get careless and i feel like i can take on anyone at any point but i know it only because i am mad and to realize being mad is not always a good thing but anger is an emotion that all people feel all the time
