Analysis of Subtracted
Anna D. Murry 1976 (Fort Sill, OK)
Subtracted is the only word I can use to describe how I feel,
Subtracted is what my life shows on the outside,
Subtracted is what I feel when you take away my feelings,
Subtracted is how my confused and happy life looks,
Subtracted is how anxiety has taken me,
Subtracted is so often mistaken for loneliness,
Subtracted is just hurtful and sort of mean,
Subtracted is one of the most painful feelings,
Subtracted is my feelings, love, care, patience, and passion for my life....abandoned.
