Analysis of ~BEAUTIFUL ~
Dana M Beardmore 1989 (WI)
He didnt call me beautiful today
I know its no big deal
He didn't call me sexy, or gorgeous or hot
He didn't call me beautiful today
And I know Im really not.
My blood runs.. cold to the touch
No words
No sound
I taste my tears run over my tounge
And wonder.. why?
Flesh twisting, turning gentle like the breeze.
I dont know what I'm feeling, and maybe I have no business knowing
All I can think is, I wonder what would've happened,
if he had called me beautiful today.
