Her Name Is Jealousy

She's brazenly uncouth
A landslide on the verge
Holding back with fingertips
 The Oceans violent surge

She takes command of man
Like a wine of potent age
The fire that she kindles
Is impossible to gauge

She crawls around with hate
Make her bed with spite
The harlot of the heart
Sinks her teeth in tight

Until in her drunken stupor
She makes a friend a foe
There's no telling then
Just how far she'll go.
