Your Time To Shine

Kim Spivey 1957 (New York)

Is it your time to shine?
Only you can define.
Which path will your life take?
Staying strong and not a fake.
Will you take the bull by the horn?
Try to weather any storm?
Setting goals and remaining positive
It is a very rewarding way to live.
Your time to shine as you do your best.
You can thrive and prosper and attain success.

This turned out to be in the form of good advice.
The rhyme-scheme is not bad. It does work at some level.
It is to be liked how this poem ends.
