What could be

Take a look out side ,what is it you see
It is all the things that could be.
Life, sometimes , comes at you so fast
The troubled times , they will not last.
Take a breath of air
Of yourself you must take care
Life, is not fair
But what can you do
You must lift yourself above the blue
Don't worry about what happened then
You can't live in the way back when
Tomorrow is a new day
Be positive in what you say
Look for what is right
And hold into  it tight
Forgive
Do not relive
The future holds what you seek
Do you want a peek
Tomorrow for you, looks so good
But this must be truly understood
Won't be all peaches and cream
But don't be afraid to dream
Step out of the pond into the sea
All the possibilities that could be
Turn on that light
Keep it in sight
I'm by your side
No reason to hide
In me confide
I'm there in good times and bad
I'll lift you up when your feeling sad
Look at what all is left to be
What do you hope to see
Besides me
Dazzled by your light
It makes my soul take flight
Warmed by your inner glow
Your smile will start to show.
As you reach beyond the blue sky
A happy tear in your eye
A smile
Been awhile
But worth the wait
You have took control of your own fate
I knew it wasn't to late
To be who you were meant to be
As I look forward , into tomorrow, this is what I see
