Analysis of Happy?

E.S. Conway 1985 (United Kingdom)

Happy face, happy face
Can you see my happy face?
See my smile, see my grin.
I'm thinking of my happy place.

Happy girl, happy girl
Trying to be happy girl,
Don't shut off, open up,
They must see a happy girl.

Problem free, happy me
The only me, the world can see
Trading masks, just to cope
What the hell is wrong with me!

This is also the reason for so much rhyming; though not necessary for poetry, it was part of what made poetry therapeutic for her and so is an almost certain constant. more…
