Running in the grassy plane
A plain of no man’s land
Lost and forgotten, hidden and cold
Joy oh joy come to me young daughter of old
I am all alone
Alone
Alone, oh daughter of old
I was so young and naive a fair maiden she was a lass
Jost out of my grasp.

About this poem
This is a poem I wrote for a friend. It is based on one of the songs they wrote. The song is part one of a series. This poem belongs to them, I wrote this poem and give them ownership of said poem.
