He Cries Out

Afraid of every sound
To be rescued is profound
People pass him by
Most ignore his cry
He wonders if they even care
About his despair
Suddenly he cries out
And he knows without a doubt
They are all lost too
They're lost too
Their words...

A Nice Noose

Despair.
It drives me.
To do what?

This poem reminds me of some of my own. The only thing I don't normally do is come to a positive resolve by the end. I just cannot seem to bring myself to do so. My poetry is my outlet for hurt and depression. A positive resolve, like yours, seems to be too far out of reach for me. But through the magic of poetry, maybe I will reach a positive resolve one day.

Being from California and having stood by the ocean inexperienced exactly that, I love it. My Grandma, being Bohemian was a gypsie.
