Hello my child, I'm speaking to you now. Put all aside and listen to my plea. The ways of man has gotten beyond foul, you have forgotten how to live for free.

You concentrate your purpose on the dollar, for everything you do you must...

Charge your suit

We speak about what's on our minds, of things we can improve, about the things we try to hide behind our silly looks.

The shortages, from deep inside, no one wants to admit, we'll find in those whom enter lives we try to keep discreet.

The message of the poem is horrible. Makes me not want to write anymore poems, or at least not submit any here. I'm out, good luck with your garbage contest

formatting, really? Apologies if I seem politically informal. I feel that formality has minimal place in the art of poetic expression. The things that should really count are the message, inspiration and the soul. Anyway, I'm not here to pick a fight, or pass judgment. Just telling it how I see it. I'll give it another shot in May, let's see how that goes

I was also disappointed by not seeing my poem among the winners. And after reading the winning poems, I'm ready to put up my poem against them for a Pepsi challenge.

I'm confused, I thought this was an April contest. Her poem was submitted on May 8th. Can someone explain this?

Out of all other poems, it spoke to me the most. It has a nice rhyme. It's full of love and passion
