Solid, a beacon of strength and patience

Old Glory Tells Her Story

From commission to creation
Sewn by hand, stitching pieces of tragedy and destiny

Your name
A gift or based on a whim
Close friend or fantasy
A long dead branch on the family tree

Faith, fear
Language and emotion

I can completely relate to this poem. Love can take us to the peaks of happiness and then break our hearts. The unanswered questions are always waiting for closure.
