I was simply born on the wrong side of the world. I spent half of my life to find out what I was really passionate about. I started writing since I was 13 but I only shared those with my friends. Sometimes I wondered why I was really into arts and literature while my degree for career was purely business management. I always regard myself as realistic but my imaginary twin is a writer and I got to draw the line between my real world and my imaginary world. Living in my imaginary world means writing. I found different personalities in me whenever I write. It doesn't matter if I write my story, my life, my thoughts or poems. Whenever I am lost, I write and try to find myself. I just try to dig inside my thought and ask who I want to be, what personality I want to adapt. It works every time cos writing always makes me forget my real world and live in my own paradise.

A Man Who Plays Blues

I love to get drunk in the middle of the night
When no one's awake, everything was silent
Life is always ups and downs
Some friends just pretend to be around

Free From Dream

When I was young
I used to pretend
Like I was a bird
Singing the songs to be heard
But it was heard by none

September

I was in shorts with no make up just planned to go out on Sunday night
Then the text came in and said everything was stuck at the traffic light

LOL! I read your poems and I do like Sounds of music. And yes, you're right, I guess we have similar writing style and the way of developing the concept is similar too.
