June

June

June lets her hair down
Down, down, to the ground!
Long and lush, like the grass between my toes
Lovely, dark and deep, is how it grows!
June lets her hair down
And ivy climbs the trees
Along the ground and over the paths

May

May

May, hey, it’s May!

Cold as any day in November or March, windy, too!

Then fertilize, no natural growing to be had

Lime, water and seed is my way, but still not...

Just a Drop is a bucket full! I love the beautiful simplicity and power of such a little word, little thing. Imagery, spontaneity, imagination, whimsy, humor, poignancy, fun and . . . love. :-)

Spectacular in it's simplicity and clarity. Robert Frost would be proud. Special imagery. The words let the mind play. Poems like this are enjoyable because they present without forceful insistence. I would love to read other poems by this master. Congratulations!
