The way cannot be forced.
So I stopped forcing it.
The past can't be undone
So it's best to let it sit.
Who knows what the future holds?
The stories yet to see.
Will the sun rise again?
Or does time end for me?
The now is what we hold

Do you know how much you hurt me
When you took my heart and ran?

And I tried to catch up with you,
But was lost in the sand?

Do you know how many nights,
I tried hard not to cry?
My eyes longed to see you,
And my heart about to die.

Chasing begging asking you to do.
Done worrying about loosing you.
No more calling, texting just to be ignored.
No more an option when you're bored.
