Eyes blink awake in darkness

I squint at the blue-bright screen
Praying for a decent hour...

2:30AM

It couldn’t at least be 4??

Why am I awake.

The bed’s too hard
I stared at the screen too long
I ate too late

I liked how the website was before. This is hard to navigate and it doesn’t feel like it’s meant for just anyone to share their poetry. Before it felt more open to anyone to share. Also how am I supposed to find poems that I don’t already know the name of?
