Wait for Me Down by the Timberline

Wait for me down by the timberline
Wait for me and we will see
Wait for me down by the timberline
And we will see if we will always be free
She got all her things together
And got up on her horse
She rode out to the timberline
To wait for him of course
The sun went down and the moon came up
Bright as it could be
And as it got dark and the stars shone bright
She thought why is it only me
Well it was nearly 3 a.m. when she heard his voice
And when she saw him there she began to rejoice
So they rode off together
And knew they would never part
From that very moment until the end of time
For he had said Repeat the first four lines
