Signs Of Time

Professor, therapist, author and poet.

Please save me plastic surgeon. I'm looking my years.
Take away the signs of time.
Assuage my "old" fears.

Please save me plastic surgeon. My genes are at fault.
Fabricate blueprint heroes.
Hollywood exalt.

Please save me plastic surgeon. Aging I deny.
Smooth out the crow's feet wrinkles.
"Botox" now apply.

Please save me plastic surgeon. Make me seem pristine.
In the autumn of my life
repaint "leaves" spring green.

Please save me plastic surgeon. Shape my form anew.
Construct a youthful image
with your "witches' brew."

Please save me plastic surgeon. Style me someone else.
Cast me like a mannequin.
Just erase my self.
