Great Romantics Say
Professor, therapist, author and poet.
Love lasts forever
the romantics say.
Yet unions severe if emotions fray.
Love is finest art
the romantics say.
Yet fickle the heart in a power play.
Love overcomes all
the romantics say.
Yet struggles befall when ire holds sway.
Love excites desire
the romantics say.
Yet time quenches fire as reds turn to gray.
Love is vague malaise
the romantics say.
Yet problems amaze those with feet of clay.
