Grace

I am a nurse and a mother of three grown children. I have been writing poetry since I was a teenager. I love expressing myself on paper. I am a pastor's wife. We pastor a small church in Media, Pa. We are presently debating with a group of people on U-Tube who say that the world will end on May 21,…

Inside of me, you died
For the years I cried
For the things you said
You died a horrid death
I could commit the crime
Suspended in that time
But since I prayed
I've found a grace
It seemed to find its core
In the deepness of my all
So very strange to me
Before I bent my knees
I cannot grasp the range
The scope of this great change
Except in me you live
And-I'm willing to forgive
