Wallace Dean LaBenne

Body, Mind and Soul

Professor, therapist, author and poet.

Body pleasure is a treasure without measure.
No mixed alloy from being coy to debase joy.

Physical pain becomes a bane causing disdain.
From wax to wane it is inane to illness feign .

The mind serene, thought process keen, no fears to wean.
Achievement's best: problem conquest, the certain test.

Mentally stressed, dismay confessed, decisions messed.
The conclusion from confusion is delusion.

Souls selected, then perfected: all connected.
The union known will set the tone: oneness to own.

Aberration: separation-desperation.
Lacking arcness, naked starkness: frightful darkness.
