Passage

I am a senior citizen, visual artist, and inspirational poet. My spiritual quest to know Jesus Christ intimately relates to many of my rhymes. However, I also write romantic rhymes and rhymes drawing from other topics. One of my goals is to illustrate my rhymes with my original drawings.

One blazes a trail through years,
As sunshine uplifts and cheers.

One imagines fantastic spheres.
Soon that cloudy gray sky clears.

Love divine allays one’s fears,
Until paradise on earth appears.

Together we walk in veil of tears,
Courageous once ‘Goodbye’ nears.

A far-off symphony enthralls, endears.
Christ’s mellow voice one hears.
