I am a senior citizen, visual artist, and inspirational poet.
My spiritual quest to know Jesus Christ intimately relates to many of my rhymes. However, I also write romantic rhymes and rhymes drawing from other topics.
One of my goals is to illustrate my rhymes with my original drawings.
Love’s no cheap souvenir to cast aside,
So, proceed no longer blind.
Dreams quell each turbulent tide,
Let us leave melancholy behind.
Be understated, forget false pride,
Some good in everyone find.
Do not let little things ride.
One taps one’s subconscious mind.
Good fortune and faith abide.
Life’s opulent tapestry will unwind.
