Birthday Wish

I grew up in Utah. I have four kiddos. I am now in a healthy happy relationship. I am spiritual, but not religious. I love thinking deeply about the purpose of life.

A flick of your wrist,
Lurking with style.
A pick you would twist
Smirking a smile.

It’s not what you said,
Inflictions bear fear
It is what you bled,
Depictions are clear.

A Hallmark greeting
For a birthday Dear
Ought to be pleasing
Not a swordplay jeer.
