Too Much for a Woman

As a proud Palestinian, I protest for peaceful resolve of the conflicts inherited by my homeland, with nothing mightier than the pen. Until I meet this goal, I swim alone. Readers may find the same metaphor woven into most of my work.

I know too much, I have seen the other side, you have showed me, and there's no place I can hide
Too much, too much for a woman, but so much, so much I'm not willing to give up, too much for a woman
I remember, how on earth could I forget, when you told me, there is nothing to regret
Too much, too much for a woman, but so much, so much I'm not willing to give up, too much for a woman
So much evidence, but no confidence
Plenty of proof, still it makes no sense
Too much for a woman
