Cavern

Ceasing

My name is Sara. I absolutely enjoy writing everything that runs through my mind. I love reading poetry.

Flakes of ice, and shivering beanie
A child forlorn
Boxes scattered on the curve
The rumbling echo, and the wail
Reminiscing the cavern in warm days
Eyes now wide, lips shrunk
Falling out and beyond,
A moonless night;
Alone I lay, helpless, unmovable
O, pray, quivering lips
As I lay here
With undying eyes.
