Nancy H. Palmer was born in Dallas Texas, but grew up 12 miles outside of Matador, Texas near Whiteflat. She spent a good deal of time outdoors, which sparked the inspiration for many of her poems. In a past incarnation of Poetry.com, she submitted several poems: Rainbow, The Woods in Evening, A Dream of July, July, To The Cricket, Passage, Stonehenge, A Cat & His Fish as well as others. She currently resides in Lubbock, Texas.
