Feroz Shah is an emerging committed poet of Bangladesh. He is very economic in words but extensively symbolic in meaning. Keeping aside the pattern of narrative verse, he shows his excellence in composing short but symbolic poems. His poetry ushers a new tone and a new style in Bengali verse literature. His poetry has already arrested the attention of the critics and the poet lovers. This young but committed bard was born on 1st July 1987 at Subarnachar under Noakhali district in Bangladesh. He is the second son of Nurul Haque and Fatema Khatun. He has already published three poetry books. His first book "Ujane Sonali Maach" (Golden Fish against Stream) was published from Behula Bangla in 2017 from Dhaka, Bangladesh. From the same publication, his second book " Blackboard e Nungach" ( A Salt-tree on Blackboard )was published in 2020. In 2021, his third book of poetry " Manush Nijey Ekti Biyoug Cinho" (Man Himself is a Negative Sign)" came out from the Calcutta Khasora Khata publication. He is a teacher by profession. He is equally popular both in India and Bangladesh.
